I'm Deven, a photographer that is well versed in many types of photography. I'm based in Overland Park, KS. I received my first camera at eight years old and knew I wanted to be a photographer ever since. I'm a very nostalgic person and love the fact that I get to capture a specific moment in time for my clients to look back on for years to come.
Why choose me? I was once in an elevator that dropped two floors and lived to tell the tale. I'm also a formally trained photographer who holds a BFA in Design with an emphasis in Photo Media from KU. I've worked as a professional photographer in multiple roles including a portrait studio, art museum, and a contract real estate photographer. I've decided to take the leap to freelance and would love to use my background to capture special milestones for you and your loved ones. I have a keen eye for attention to detail and I deliver documentary style photos with true to life coloring. I look forward to connecting!
